My name is dan hyde; Founder of rawhyde productions
Behind the camera, I'm a husband, a father of four, a foster parent, and a police officer. These roles have taught me the value of patience, compassion, integrity, and the importance of being fully present during life's most meaningful moments. They have also given me a deep appreciation for the trust people place in those they invite into their lives and businesses.
For more than two decades in law enforcement, I've worked closely with individuals from every walk of life, often during some of their most challenging circumstances. That experience has strengthened my ability to connect with people, communicate effectively, remain calm under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing environments. Whether I'm photographing a high-energy sporting event, creating content for a growing business, or capturing the personality behind a brand, my goal is always the same: to make people feel comfortable, understood, and confident that their story is being told authentically.
As a foster parent and father, I've learned that some of the most meaningful moments aren't staged. They're found in genuine emotion, perseverance, celebration, and the relationships we build with one another. Those values influence every project we take on.
